UK Enterprise Award for Admiral Estates – Best Independent Estate Agent Cambridge – 2017

2017 was an excellent year for us, marking our 20th year in business as a local, family based, independent agent and culminating in our receiving a UK ENTERPRISE AWARD FOR BEST INDEPENDENT ESTATE AGENT, CAMBRIDGE!

As a result, we have gained LETTINGS business, from many clients who were just not getting the service they needed, mostly  from  large agents, some of whom who have simply become too big to provide good personal service, either though a combination of repeated takeovers and mergers or loss of key staff.

In terms of  SALES, our fast, fair and transparent online sales processes, where all potential buyers (and the seller) can instantly see where they stand, together with our focus on providing excellent customer service were also amongst the factors.

We have continued to receive 5 Star Google ratings from our new and existing clients for both our Milton Road, North Cambridge CB4 office and our Linton, South Cambridge CB21 office.
